This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has modern rooms and serves good breakfast. It has both really good and exceptional staff. The setting is marvellous and fab, close to Torquay, main areas, and the beach and walking distance to funfair and town centre.

This was a marvellous location not far from a nice area, the garden, and Dartmouth. Furthermore, the hotel was within easy walking distance of Bispham Parish Church. We booked king room, it was warm.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and the bed was very poor quality.
